Ang Lee Honored

Noted filmmaker and Illinois alum, Ang Lee, was on campus April 26 to accept the Outstanding Asian American Alumni Award. Mr. Lee and his wife, Jane Lin, also an alum, were jointly awarded in 2006, but Mr. Lee was only recently in town to be able to accept. Our efforts empower students to embrace learning and grow as responsible citizens, experiencing educational environments in a variety of settings on and off campus. In partnership with Academic Affairs, students, and staff across the University, Student Affairs is an integral part of the Illinois experience. We help students become involved in the University, develop lifelong relationships.
