FOCUS Committee |
The committee promotes the growth
and satisfaction of Student Affairs Civil Service staff members through
personal and job enrichment opportunities. These include University and
community resources such as educational programs, training sessions,
individualized coursework, and leisure activities. |

 The committee meets monthly for two hours (no meetings in February, June, July, or August). A full-day retreat is held in June, and a half-day retreat is held in February. In addition, each committee member facilitates one of the FOCUS activities, which is a one-time, additional four-hour commitment. |
