Your time and talents
"Volunteer as an I-Program facilitator or Leadership Certificate
mentor!"
The programs offered by the University's Leadership Center continue
to grow rapidly. Student Affairs is proud to mention the growth of
four I-Programs over the past two years, along with the recent Leadership
Certificate program. You can give back by volunteering your time as
an I-Program facilitator or Leadership Certificate coach. Details
can be found at www.illinoisleadership.uiuc.edu.
Here's what these alumni have to say about the Leadership Center:
"We believe in the University of Illinois. We hope Illinois
continues its quest to provide top leadership programs because we've
seen the fruits of their labor."
–Walter Knox, ('90) Customer Business Development Manager, Procter
& Gamble
"Learning how to lead and manage change is important to success
both professionally and personally. Offering leadership courses will
prepare students for the real challenges they will face in life and
at work."
–Brent Schwoerer, ('01, '03) President, Student Alumni Association,
2000-01
